Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mywonderdoll.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you receive the wrong item, or the product you received is not the product you ordered, you are eligible to request a refund. 


Exceptions / non-returnable conditions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Damage Product

We will send photos of your doll before the shipment. If the doll contains any damages after you received it, those were caused during the shipment. In that case, you have to contact the courier and request reimbursement from the courier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). We will assist you with the process.

 

Non-refundable Conditions

1. If the product you received is exactly the same as the product you ordered, then it's not eligible for a refund.

2. Any used products can't be refunded.

3. If you wished to change the product/order details, but the product has been customized/manufactured/shipped, then it's not eligible  for a refund.

4. If you don't like what you get, while you got what you have ordered, then it's not eligible for a refund.

5. After we started the production and before you received your order. (Production starts within 24 hours after we received your order.)

6. After 24 hours of placing the order. (because the doll will be under production at that time.)

7. You don't like how it looks after you received it.

8. You don't like the way it moves after you received it.

9. Customized products cannot be refunded/returned.

10. Late shipment. Shipping time can be fluctuated due to the global logistic status.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Administration Fee

1. An administration fee will be applied for the refund within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. The  administration fee will be 10% of the order amount.

 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
