Order Process

1. Browse a doll you like.

2. If the doll is customizable, then you can customize her. Choose the options you like, and then click "Add To Cart". Complete the checkout and the production will start soon.

3. If you don't want to customize the doll, leave every option blank. Your doll will be just as same as the product photos.

4. If you don't need any customization and you are in a hurry to get your doll, we strongly recommend you to get an in-stock doll. An in-stock doll is a ready-made doll, which means you don't have to wait for the production.

Order Timeframe

1. Normally production starts 24-48 hours after we receive your order/payment.
 
2. The production time is usually 7-14 days for a TPE doll and 15-35 days for a Silicone doll. Some silicone brands may take longer.
 
3. After completion, we'll send you the photos of your doll so that you can approve the shipment.
 
4. Then, we'll ask the production team to arrange the shipment. The courier will pick up the doll and undergo some customs checks. This process will take a few more days.
 
5. Finally, depending on the shipping method you selected, the doll will take 7-12 business days to arrive at your shipping address. Please be aware that the tracking status will only update when the parcel arrives in your country.
