What To Do When Your Doll Has "Wrinkles"?

Both silicone and TPE are elastic so they can develop wrinkles during storage or delivery. This happens to In-stock dolls very often but you don't have to worry at all.

Here's what you can do if your new doll has "wrinkles":

1. Please lay the doll on a clean desk or on the floor. If possible, hang your doll with a hanging hook.
2. Then, you can massage the wrinkles gently from time to time.
3. The wrinkles will be gone in a week or two.
4. You can still use your doll and have fun with her during this period.

If the wrinkles still exist after 2 weeks, please check the below steps:
1. Place your doll in a flat position on a sturdy area such as a table or a bed.
2. Lay your doll on a clean sheet, blanket, or towel.
3. Take the washcloth and soak it thoroughly with warm water. Squeeze out the excess water.
4. Lay the wet washcloth over the creased area.
5. Use the blow dryer on warm and focus it on the wrinkled area, 8-12 inches away.
6. After 5-10 minutes, check the creases and the skin to make sure it hasn’t overheated.
7. If the creases are still there, wet the washcloth again and repeat.
8. If the creases are not flattening out, you may have to hang your doll for several days or seek advice from someone more familiar with sex doll repairs.

Please make sure the dryer is VERY far from the doll and you don't want the doll to be heated too much.
